Concept & Planning
At First Games, every month brought a new brand campaign—whether it was Holi, Diwali, IPL, or other festive moments. The challenge was that the copies and campaign briefs often arrived just a few days before launch. With limited time and multiple platforms (app, website, banners, social media, emailers), we had to deliver high-quality campaigns that maintained brand identity and consistency while also standing out in a competitive gaming market.



Design Approach
To solve this, I studied how other gaming and consumer brands approached festive campaigns and quick-turnaround marketing. I also worked closely with marketing and growth teams to:
Understand the key message behind each campaign.
Identify visual patterns that increase engagement during festivals or sporting seasons.
Collect feedback from previous campaigns to refine our approach.
This helped us build a repeatable system for campaign design while still allowing space for creativity.






Solutions
We established a design workflow and campaign system to handle these recurring events.
Campaign Visual Identity: Designed consistent campaign layouts using brand colors, typography, and imagery that aligned across banners, mailers, and app creatives.
Mailers & Notifications: Designed engaging email templates and push notification creatives that matched campaign visuals while ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensured campaign banners on the app, website, and social media carried a unified look, so users instantly recognized First Games campaigns.
Scalability: Built a framework so the team could quickly adapt campaign designs for upcoming events with less turnaround pressure.
Impact
Delivered multiple high-impact festive and event-based campaigns on time despite tight deadlines.
