Problem

The website and app lacked brand consistency: the app followed a dark theme, while the website used a light theme. Pages were cluttered, content-heavy, and misaligned with SEO best practices. Navigation was poor, and game categories (fantasy, rummy, etc.) were not clearly separated.

Research

  • Conducted competitor benchmarking to study how leading gaming platforms structured their websites.

  • Collaborated with SEO and content teams to understand gaps in content hierarchy and keyword strategy.

  • Analyzed user flows to simplify navigation and highlight high-traffic areas.

Solution

  • Unified website and app under a consistent dark theme with aligned fonts, colors, and banners.

  • Introduced a clear Information Architecture (IA): fantasy games under fantasy page, rummy under rummy, etc.

  • Structured SEO-driven pages with optimized headings, keywords, and content blocks.

  • Added user trust elements like winner testimonials, reviews, and ratings on all key pages.

Result

  • Improved brand consistency across platforms.

  • Enhanced SEO rankings and discoverability.

  • Increased user trust and engagement through testimonials and reviews.

  • Provided a scalable foundation for future campaigns and content.
